"Who Is Not On Live Journal" A term sometimes used by Livejournal users when referring to non-LJ people. It is customary on Livejournal to link to another person's journal when mentioning them. If a friend doesn't have a journal, the suffix "WINOLJ" lets people know that the author hasn't just been lazy with the linking. (or maybe "Weirdo In Need Of LJ")
