noun 1. a person who has no law degree, no formal training in the legal system, yet insists on publicly giving legal advice or opinions on the legality of issues in which they have no actual bearing on how the law applies. Their opinions usually conflict with the actual law, and they are usually batshit-crazy psuedo-liberal retards, or ghetto savages.
