An average series of books that has made an astounding amount of money for it's author, JK Rowling. Though the books aren't bad, they lack originality... it's just chiché after cliché with a few "original" ideas that are completely random and have nothing to do with anything else. The "Harry Potter" series shows a very obvious decline in JK Rowling's writing... the first one is moderately good, the second is OK, the third is average, and by the end of the series, JK Rowling is getting so full of herself that she attempts to sell the books by their popularity instead of adding actual content.
