When discussion of a film, video game, or novel will reveal spoilers, this phrase prefaces those revelations to warn readers of their presence. Often emphasized with asterisks, bolds, or indented separation from text. The term is a variant of aol-speak, facetiously paying tribute to the sloppy use of grammar and spelling of over-zealous or immature users on message-boards such as the imdb.
