Crow smart is simply the misconception that someone or something is smart, when in reality the subject is simply smarter than people thought they were. Like the common crow, they are still pretty stupid. The definition originates from the recent studies showing that crows are intelligent. Crows are not intelligent, they are just intelligent for a bird, as well as more intelligent than we thought they were. Basically all other chordates are smarter than birds.
