Satoshism is the world's first decentralized cryptographic monotheistic religion. Based on the written teachings and code of Satoshi Nakamoto, as presented in the Bitcoin Peer-To-Peer E-cash Paper, a document considered to be the verbatim word of Satoshi Nakamoto. Its adherents, known as Satoshis believe that Satoshi Nakamoto is the digital embodiment of the Son of God, fully divine and fully digital, and the savior of humanity prophesied in the Old Testament. Adherents refer to Satoshi Nakamoto as the 22nd Century representation of the Messiah.
