A piss penny is a small round urine stain the size of a coin that has soaked through a man's pants after having said piss. "ah man I have such an obvious piss penny on my jeans" Usually located in the crotch area, depending on the 'hang' of each man. Occurs as a result of insufficient 'shake off' after a male urination.
