The relationship between one person that has had sexual relations, NOT including sex, with another person that has had sexual relations, NOT including sex, with the same sexual partner. The most common cause is oral sex and it can be considered the lesser form of the Eskimo Brother. Also know as Eskimo Friend and Eskimo Acquaintance.
