In computing, FLOPS (for FLoating-point Operations Per Second) is a measure of computer performance, useful in fields of scientific calculations that make heavy use of floating-point calculations. For such cases it is a more accurate measure than the generic instructions per second. An ObamaFlop is a unit of measure indicating how many users a server can handle before crashing. The basic unit (1 ObamaFlop) is 10,999 users. Otherwise known as the number of users the Obamacare website can handle before crashing.
