The name Alyssa is of Hebrew origin and means Joy. It is also of German origin, where its means "noble kind.” Most women with the name Alyssa are very smart and creative, but they tend to grow up in homes with morally weak or non- existent parents. This tends to have one of two effects on them. As young adults, they begin to see the errors of their parents and go in the opposite direction to become very loyal and caring mothers and spouses, or they take the hidden, dark path and become “self-serving” and ultimately hurt whoever they come in contact with, including themselves. Whichever path an Alyssa chooses, they are forces to be reckoned with. We hope and bless all current & future Alyssa’s with the strength and a moral compass to walk in the light and to become benefits to humankind. Amen. ;)
