The silliest religion yet conceived by man and taken seriously, Nuwaubianism is a bizarre amalgam of numerous conspiracy theories, Old Testament cherry-picking, and black supremacism. It was founded by Dwight York, a former member of the Nation of Islam, in the late 1980s. At its height, it had 500 followers in Georgia. Ahh, the humanity. It has achieved little influence or popular knowledge, but it has added a considerable amount to the melting pot of ideological influences in Hip Hop culture.
