A Boston, MA originated phrase used to describe something of great appreciation. Commonly used to replace mainstream-ass words like tight, dope, phat, rad, dank, bomb, gnarly... etc. Indigenous to Back Bay, but can also be heard in Cambridge, and even in some sketchy neighborhoods in Allston.
