A sex act similar to an Eiffel Tower. Where there are three men and one woman. The woman is in a doggy style position, while one man is receiving oral sex, another is penetrating her from behind, and a third man is off to the side of the woman receiving a hand job. All three men high five at once. The name originates from the combination of the term Devil's Three-way and the shape made by the hi-five (Similar to the Eiffel Tower).
