The condition of being fainthearted at the sight of one's own blood, but to frequently participate in bastardous activities involving the pain of others for personal gain. Often thought of as a variant of Arrogant Twittedness. 'Neo' is derived from the Matrix, coining the use of the term as the contrast between behaviors over a matter of hours.
