A medical condition (not-yet-scientifically classified) whereby a person gets unusually horny following an epic drinking binge. Side effects include an uncontrollable desire for coitus and/or masturbation. This phenomenon is particularly unusual because the patient is generally suffering simultaneously from the normal side effects of overindulging in alcohol consumption. One possible explanation for this is that the body is releasing large quantities of testosterone / growth hormones in an effort to heal the body from the effects of partying. This can also be referred to in short as PDH.
