A sexually transmitted disease where the male genitalia becomes small, withered, and coated in an odorous substance that protrudes from the pores on the skin of the penis and scrotum. Other symptoms include: itchiness, erectile dysfunction, advanced aging of the genitalia that spreads to the spinal column and into the brain if not treated within two weeks. Scalia affects men primarily, specifically those who have had extramarital affairs with younger women or sexual encounters with South American or South Asian 'rentboys'.
