The act of blaming the government for anything, like, the mysterious disappearance of an object or person, strange noises, or whatever you can blame something for. (This started as a joke when my friends and I were camping in the woods, we would hear animals in the trees or something would disappear, we would say something like "The government took it. or, Don't worry about the noises, it's just the government.")
