When shit goes a little too far, over the top, crazy, etc. Word originated from drinking too much Lambrusco wine and giving little-to-no fucks. When you're halfway there it's just "bruski", "LAMBRUSKI" is full force insanity. May involve speaking in different accents and not being able to stop, yelling at old ladies that look like Liza Minnelli, or making your passed out friend into a marionette fully equipped with a tiny top hat/makeup/and strings attached to their hands.
