A term used to describe someone who is constantly making up excuses about why they didn't show up to anything, or someone who just disregards that you exist at all. Also has 30+ unread text messages at all times. Most common excuse: "My sleeping patterns are messed up." Take note, they have a tendency to say "I'm down for that" all the time, but really they're not.
