Someone on Ebay who sells good items to people for extrememly dodgy prices. He/she usually takes down their item months or even years after FINALLY realising how stupid they were for selling the item at such a ridiculous price. Thakshasheila's are usually people with very low IQ's and often use the word 'bullocks' not realising that it means cows testicles.
