The name Andrena has origins in Russia. The exact definition is not know, but the name is said to mean: strong and beautiful. She is sweet, funny, loves to play and easy to get along with. She's an amazing cook, hardworking, faithful and loyal to the man she loves. Native American legend has said that a man in search of a loving wife and faithful companion should use his heart to talk to the Great Spirit in the sky. Many men have tried to find an Andrena without any help from the Great Spirit. But sadly, when they took their woman home to the teepee on the first night of marriage, they discovered that they had not found what their heart truly desired. Wise men have said that the Book of the Great Spirit holds the map to finding an Andrena. The wise men say that one must read the Book, then close your eyes and wait for the Great Spirit to lead your heart. Women like Andrena's are not easy to find, not easy to win her heart...once you do-you would never want to let her go!
