"Dag" means "day" in Norwegian and Dutch. Also, this happens to be my name, and I'm not matted wool on a sheep's bum! So, it is the name of one of the only people in America, let alone 10th graders in Wyoming, that have this name. Many kids like to come up to me and say "what's up dawg?", and then jokingly add "haha, that's your name too!! Cooool!". The term used to describe a really cool, interesting, talented, strong, fashionable, teenage heart-throb. A name, when pronounced backwards, almost sounds like "God".
