A suburb of Vancouver found at the mouth of the Fraser River in the Fraser Valley. Borders with Richmond and Surrey. Has in incredibly large East-Indian population (commonly referred to as 'rag-heads'), and is commonly referred to as 'India II' or 'First world India'. Main languages include Punjabi, English, and Hindi. Don't bother walking down main roads such as Scott Road or 72nd in shorts, even if it's a heat wave, as you'll get nothing but old men checking you out and wolf-whistles. Was once a promising safe, clean, and family-friendly suburb now on the fast road to turning into a low-end ghetto.
