Taco Trucks are food trucks that trace there origins to Mexican and Latino Neighborhoods in the SouthWest in cities like Los Angeles and Oakland. they usually park in Parking lots or on street corners. there menus are usually small they mainly sell Tacos Tortas and Burritos at a Cheap Price. Oakland California is the Capital of Taco Trucks in Northern California they are usually found in the Fruitvale district of East Oakland but also you can find Taco Trucks in West Oakland North Oakland and even Downtown. the first Taco trucks in Oakland started in 1983 With El Zamorano then by 1985 Mi Grullense set up shop in the Goodwill Parking lot on E14th st and 29th ave. today there are so many Taco trucks in Oakland like Lupitas Tacos Sinaloa Ojo de agua El Taco Oaxaco Tacos Mi Rancho Tacos El Gordo and so many more. Taco Trucks in Oakland have become so Popular that even Travel Channel Chef Anthony Bourdain came to Oakland and did a segment on Oakland Taco trucks for his show no Reservation.
