A person that does not believe in Satan, God, or any other religious figures or beliefs. Some atheists are bugged by religious people. Other atheists are cool with the fact that other people have different beliefs. Many people criticize atheists for celebrating Christmas, which I think is complete and utter bullshit. Christmas, although a religious holiday, has other meanings behind it. It's a time to spend with loved ones as well. So atheists have that right to celebrate Christmas.
