A mole is a unit of measurement used to express amounts of a chemical substance, defined as an amount of a substance that contains as many elementary entities. In essence it relates to something large. A piece can have multiple meanings from just being used an abbreviation/short name for something e.g. you piece of shit! to anything more generalised e.g. nice piece! The term Molepiece brings these two majestic meanings together allowing the instigator of said word full artistic license over it's meaning. It can be used most commonly in the workplace to avoid finding oneself in an angry boss situation or inevitable HR incident.
