An explosive made from nuclear waste that is shockinly easy to obtain from the black market in the Eastern-European country of Bulgaria. This is made possible due to the complete lack of regulation of the pro-capitalist business system in Bulgaria that allows the black market to thrive there, and other countries with similar policies. And, in my personal opinion, I'm surprised that the international community isn't up in arms over this.
