To be "legless" is to get so drunk that you cannot stand up or walk on your own. Often they are the drunkest person at an event or in an area. They were probably the life of the party five minutes prior. Leglessness is a lifestyle. You do not choose it. It chooses you. The Legless Legacy torch or "Leglecy" is passed down from generation to generation only to those who prove their master drinking ability through a battle to the death.
