The beautiful town of Scituate is located on the south shore of Massachusetts. It's a small beach town with many historical features to it. The busiest time of year is the summer. Tourists pack the town whether it is to go to the variety of six different beaches, take a stroll through the harbor and look at all of the shops, or maybe drive around Scituate Light House. There are also the popular eating destinations ranging from breakfast to dinner such as Maria's Sub Shop, TKO'malleys, Wilbur's, and Coffee Corner. Scituate is filled with some of the friendliest people you will ever meet in your entire lifetime. It was also ranked the most Irish town in all of America in 2011 by the US Census. Almost everyone you meet from the pleasant seaside town is an Irish-American. If you have never been here you should definitely take a drive down! It's worth the trip, but be sure to see it from both land and sea for the full experience!
