The act of creeping up on somebody reading a book. Rooting from Latin "liber" meaning book, and the English word, "creep" The act usually consists of a person getting down on the ground and quietly crawling up to a stranger who is reading a book. The person being libreeped cannot notice the libreeping taking place. There is also "photolibreeping", which is taking a picture of a stranger reading a book rather than committing the full act of libreeping. Originating from an over-exhausted student in a college run coffee shop.
