Getting ICE'd is when a person parks an Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicle in a parking spot equipped with an Electric Vehicle (EV) charger. Since many EV owners live from charge to charge, it is EXTREMELY disappointing to pull up to a charging spot only to see it is taken by a car that doesn't need to use the charger.
