Def: Reference to a woman or group of women whose apparent sexual attractiveness can be directly attributed to the fact that the man identifying the subject as attractive has simply been in a long-term, monogamous relationship (usually a decade or more). Origin: The terms stems from the idea that after exclusively eating vanilla ice cream over an extraordinarily long period of time, even odd flavors of ice cream that you would not normally consider eating might sound more appealing than vanilla.
