When something is just beyond all forms of Irony, that most strongest form of verbal poo-flinging. Essentially used to define a situation that is undefinable, but vaguely ironic or sarcastic. Also used as a catchall description of modern performance art to confuse the elder generation into thinking that you're artistic.
