The is used to describe a dog simultaneously sneezing, drooling barking and sometimes growling. This interesting phenomena seems to occur out of nowhere. It can occur in any sized K-9 but is extremely common in large and extra large breeds, particularly Bloodhounds, Pit Bulls, Boxers, and Great Danes. It is sometimes accompanied by an excessive runny nose and other allergy symptoms. Some people think its inverted sneezing but it is clearly a different sound/ailment. This condition is usually harmless and adorable to hear.
