Boyfriend Went Vegan And Knocked The Bottom Out Of Me Controversial PETA spoof of domestic violence public service announcements, in which a dishevelled girl in knickers and a neck brace warns about the dangers of a vegan suddenly turning into a turbo-charged sex god stud. Garnered widespread criticism for those who said it made light of domestic violence charities. Others told people to lighten up, and see that it was too ridiculous to be taken seriously. Some claimed that while it was controversial, it would do nothing to convince people to really go vegan - making the whole ad an expensive waste of time.
