A sexual position in which the male covers his penis in toothpaste and proceeds to engage in anal intercourse with his partner. The toothpaste then proceeds to "burn like all fucking goddamned hell, christ almighty" for the recipient, while the male feels a slight, pleasant tingling sensation on his shaft. After ejaculation, it is thought that the combination of feces and ejaculate resembles a sort of ectoplasm.
