1. Someone who is always on the tune, and goes from person to person with it. In extreme cases, a tune whore may be tuning one person one day, and then may move on to another the next day. 2. Someone who, whenever talking to someone of the opposite sex (or whatever gender they are attracted to), will always appear to be flirting with or tuning them. This kind of tune whore will often deny it.
