Australian colloquialism. This term was originally used to describe disabled persons to be winners (esp. in marathons), despite their inability to succeed due to disability. 1) To display the mental limitations of retardation and/or chromosomal defects, while not suffering any form of genetic deficiency or physical damage to the muscular-skeletal or neural systems.
