Fear or phobia of being "Fleishig". Jewish law requires that one wait six hours between eating meat and dairy. Many religious Jews have thus developed a phobia for eating meat during day hours because they "might" want to eat something dairy later on in the day. ("Fleishig" is the Yiddish word for "Meaty").
