The area immediately behind a vehicle driven by someone who sucks at driving. Those drivers in particular who are either not concentrating at the task of driving or are not capable of keeping up with the speed of the traffic around them. You are in their suck wake if you are the unfortunate person immediately behind them. Is the opposite of the draft wake that occurs behind large trucks and speeding cars that gives you a boost in speed. The suck wake actually provides you with less speed and drags your speed down.
