A type of wedgie. Wrestle your buddy to the ground face down and grab his underwear and give a swift tug to obtain satisfying wedgie. Once you have achieved this you must figure out how to keep him pinned to the floor while grabbing his feet and bending the legs back to where you can easily slip the exposed portion of his underwear over his shoes. This will create the "covered wagon" effect. His feet will be stuck in the brim of his underwear and the more he struggles the deeper the wedgie proceeds. Then stand back and enjoy the squirming for release/relief. 2 people may assist in giving someone a covered wagon.
