A sexual innuendo referring to a floppy penis prior to sex. This is also an ambiguous term that can potentially refer to any act of sex involving a hand and a penis (i.e. masturbation, pleasure by hand of a female/other male, showing off the length of a penis by displaying it to partner). This can also refer to the act of turning over a chicken leg while it bakes in the oven. It is important to turn at least twice in order for it to marinate properly.
