A person who injects witticisms into a conversation. Usually speaks in an English accent, and his witty remarks are often met with generous "Oh hoh hoh"s. The witticist can only be defeated by ignoring his clever remarks, which will frustrate him greatly. However, if you attempt to engage a witticist head-on, you are sure to be out-witted by him.
