October 2011. The time period between October 4, 2011 and November 8, 2011. The first hiatus of the third season of Glee. It is nicknamed "Cockblocktober" because a few days before the hiatus began, it was revealed that characters Kurt Hummel and Blaine Anderson are going to have sex with each other for the first time in the episode that airs on November 8th. The episode is highly anticipated by the fandom, but they must wait an entire month until it happens, thus instigating a cockblock among the fandom.
