One person (male or female) coats his/her anus with peanut butter. A man then penetrates, performing anal sex with the peanut-butter-clad person. Next, the first person sucks the peanut butter (and whatever else) off the man. The anal sex is often not brought to completion; instead the man waits to cum inside the person's mouth during the oral sex part. Also sometimes called a Texas Bird Feeder. Not to be confused with a San Francisco Bird Feeder.
