What you text to someone when the thought of him/her gives you butterflies in the pit of your stomach and goosebumps on your arms, and their response makes you feel even more tingly. When ur around that special someone, who takes your breathe away and makes you feel giddy and silly. Especially felt when a love is new and fresh. Can also refer to the emotional roller coaster of a new relationship. Might be a spouse, might be a lover, someone you are "crazy in love" with. CIL can also stand for "crazy in lust" - sometimes there is a fine line... and sometimes it's really confusing.
