A "Double McTrouble" is when you order 2 McDoubles (or double cheeseburgers if your local Mickey Ds doesn't have McDoubles) along with a drink (generally a sweet tea) and fries. In some cases, an order (or 2) of 20 piece McNuggets will still constitute the order to be a "Double McTrouble".
