When carrying extremely heavy weight with either two or one arm, this usually only happens when using one arm, this is when the muscles either the triceps or the bicep have so much weight the arm cannot curl or rotate usually the triceps is the muscle being locked in place, while this sounds like a painful experience it is not, this really can be a forced experience and when happening the muscles are pushed to extreme, usually a tightening is felt but no pain is ever experienced, if pain is experienced this is known as an over flex, when the muscles contract so hard you pull a muscle, a taser usually does this to the muscles
