A very strange phenomenon has recently been observed in patients whom have been diagnosed with having both N.P.D. and Tourette Syndrome. In rare cases, these two diseases have spontaneously fused with one another to form a deadly super-disease known as Dolinski Syndrome. Symptoms of DS include: -cold shallow eyes -paper thin smile -callous obnoxious laughter -repeatedly inappropriate behavior -lacking sincere emotional connection -underestimating the value of friendship -grossly misunderstanding the meaning of love
