A reference to the vagina of a female who is less fortunate in appearance (A.K.A. the tits and ass department) and/or is sexually starving to death (analogously to starving civilizations in Africa, Southeast Asia, etc.) The thought of entering the vagina of a third world cunt seems like the equivalence of living in a third world country. 2. Can refer to a female as a unit, as opposed to her third world cunt directly. 3. An insufferably unpleasant douchebag. A step up from the mundane derogatory "cunt" (Or step down, so to speak).
